University of London Society of Change Ringers

Practice: Thursdays 19:00-20:30 (Term time)

Formed in 1945, the University of London Society of Change Ringers (ULSCR) is a society of church bell ringers made up of students, staff and alumni from any university within London. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never touched a bell rope or if you’ve been ringing for years, anyone is welcome to join.

We practice on a Thursday evening during term time from 7.00 pm to 8.30 pm at St Olave’s, Hart Street, EC3R 7NA (the nearest tube station is Tower Hill via the District or Circle Line).

Alongside ringing, we also have many social events throughout the year including a Fresher’s Tour, pancake party, Treasure hunt and many pub trips. In November we celebrate the society with a formal annual dinner which includes both past and present members.

If you are interested in joining, please drop us an email at master@ulscr.org.uk so we are ready for your arrival!

We are celebrating our 80th Birthday this year! Sign up to our mailing list to get more information.
