Oxford University Society of Change Ringers

We are the official student society dedicated to ringing bells in Oxford - we ring regularly in Oxford and have lots going on from ringing for services, practices to social events and many other distractions!

We welcome anyone of any previous ringing background (including none!). We’re a friendly bunch, and we’d love to have you along!

As well as weekly practices, we have plenty of quarter peals, plenty of socials, a yearly formal dinner, a yearly ‘peals and quarter peals’ weekend with alumni, two yearly tours, and we take part in the SUA (an inter-university ringing competition).

Our practices take place at St Mary Magdalen church, a lovely 10-bell tower in the centre of Oxford. We hope to see you there!
